Most of our fresh produce is sourced locally from farmers or from the Brisbane Produce Markets at Rocklea. We only use the best imported product when necessary. We always ensure our produce is put through the strictest of quality control to ensure only the best finished product is received by customers. The char grilled Antipasti Mix is cut into bite size pieces with Eggplant, Zucchini, Capsicum and Artichokes with the addition of char grilled Button Mushrooms, Pitted Kalamata Olives, Pitted Spanish Green Olives, Semi dried tomatoes, herbs and garlic. These are all hand mixed together to create an extraordinary  flavourful mix. Once packed all the flavours mingle together to create a product deserving of any platter or vegetarian meal.
